This event was born from a desire to bring all women and womb holders, together from diverse backgrounds, ethnicities and cultures in a safe space to feel validated and heard and not feel alone in the menopause transition.

High Heels & Hot Flashes is the ultimate event of the year dedicated to redefining the conversation around menopause. This isn't just an event; it's a movement aimed at breaking the stigma and celebrating the incredible strength and beauty of women navigating this phase of life.
