Yes! You can exchange or ask for a refund on any products purchased with the gift card*.

Our website host - Shopify automatically processes refunds to the original payment method used at checkout for security and accuracy.
This means:
- If your order was paid entirely with a gift card, the refund is returned to that same gift card.
- If you used both a gift card and a credit/debit card, the refund is applied to the gift card first, and any remaining amount goes back to the credit/debit card.
- Unfortunately, refunds can’t be redirected to a different payment method, as this is part of Shopify’s system to ensure secure and accurate record-keeping.
As a small business, we work within Shopify's system, which processes gift cards in USD. However, if you're a Canadian shopper rest assured, when you purchase a gift card, you'll be charged in Canadian dollars, and the value will remain constant regardless of currency fluctuations. Whether used now or later, the gift card's value is secure and reliable—perfect for treating yourself or a loved one!
