You'll meet with a Personal Shopper who will get to know your needs. Together, you will learn how to measure yourself & have a conversation about your preferences and experiences. After the call, you'll receive an email summarizing our recommendations for you!BOOK HERE. 

 Yes! If you’re not truly satisfied within 15 days of receiving your intimates, your first exchange is on us. You will be asked to book a personal fitting to make sure your new intimates will fit perfectly.

To make sure everyone gets the fitting support they deserve, we're limiting the number of orders we take. Your order will be on its way within 5 business days! And if you're in the GTA, you can even swing by our studio to pick it up once it's ready.

We're happy to help with returns and exchanges for our products. Here's what you need to know:

  1. Just make sure you return the item within 15 days of receiving your shipment.
  2. Remember, the item should be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
  3. Please keep the garment in its original packaging and make sure the hang tags are still attached.
